We aim to present accurate information and images, but colours may appear differently on different screens. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The order total and any applicable charges are shown before you submit your order. Our intended payment method is Cash on Delivery, as offered at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases, but we will not increase the agreed total of a confirmed order without your consent.

Orders and availability

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request, not stock availability or acceptance. We may contact you to confirm your details before accepting and dispatching an order. If an item is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation. Any payment collected for a cancelled, unfulfilled order will be refunded.

Shipping and cancellations

We deliver within Pakistan, subject to courier coverage, under our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. To request cancellation or an address correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Returns and refunds

Return requests, exchanges, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection law.
