Return and Refund Policy

At URBAN.MEENA, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy applies to purchases made through www.urbanmeena.com for delivery within Pakistan.

Return requests

Please contact us through the contact options on our website within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or report an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos where available. An unboxing video is helpful but is not required to report a fault.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags and accessories intact. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item back.

Items not eligible for change-of-mind returns

Opened or used skincare and personal-care products, pierced jewelry, and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not exclude claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

Return shipping and exchanges

If we sent an incorrect item or an item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs using a method agreed with you in advance. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Exchanges depend on stock availability; if a replacement is unavailable, an approved refund will be offered.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days after approval. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will agree on a suitable bank transfer or mobile-wallet refund method with you. Your bank or wallet provider may require additional processing time. Never share your PIN, password, or verification codes.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and this return policy will apply.
